Purchase Process: when you order from our website, you can choose to either deliver the products to your home or office, or pick it up in one of our stores. When we confirm your payment, you will receive an e-mail with the invoice of your request. You will be notified again when the logistics company picks up your order and finally, upon delivery.
Delivery Time: our logistics partners are DHL for Portugal and UPS for international deliveries. Our carriers assure up to 3 business days for deliveries.
Order Tracking: when our delivery partner collects your order, we will send you an email with a tracking code, which you can use with the delivery agent to track your oder. For orders within Portugal, you can use this link. For international deliveries, please use this one.

When you purchase at Labrador, the return/refund deadline is of 30 days from the moment you receive the confirmation e-mail that it was shipped. The return is free and you can either opt for a refund or a voucher to spend in store.
We will not accept returns for items that were adjusted with our tailor (suits, shirts, etc.), neither for underwear, swim shorts and socks.
To accept a return, the article has to be in a perfect state (not used or washed, with the internal and external tags intact, without any repairs and with the purchase receipt).
You can either return in one of our stores or request that it is picked up in your home. If you choose the latter, please send an e-mail to shop@labrador.pt and use the label sent along in the delivery box. Labrador will retain the funds until the order arrives in our warehouse.
In case you do not use one of our approved methods of return, it is your responsability and you will have to assume the cost of the delivery or for the product in the case of loss.

1. How do I know my size?
By selecting a product, you will find a link that will lead you to the Fit Guide. With the help of our guide, you will be able to measure a piece of your current clothing that has the measurements you look for and find your ideal Labrador size. If you are near one of our stores, you can also visit us and we will be happy to assist you! Our tailor will take your measurements and record them on your online account and this way you will be able to order our clothing online in your personalized measures very easily, in all your future purchases!
2. Is it possible to order the trousers of a suit in a different size to the jacket?
Yes, but it is not available for purchase online as we will have to treat it as a special request and so it will take longer to arrive to you. For these requests please e-mail us at help@labrador.pt or visit one of our stores and we will be delighted to help you!
3. If I buy online, can I still make adjustments to my product?
Yes. After adding your suit, jacket, trousers or shirt to the shopping bag, there will be an option available to book an appointment with one of our tailors at the place of your choice: one of our stores or at home/office (for the latter, we are only offering this service in Lisbon at this time). If you have visited our tailor before and your measurements have been recorded in your online profile, make sure you choose the option 'my measurements' when selecting the size and you will receive the product at home already tailored to you.
4. Does Labrador offer 'Made to Measure' suits or shirts?
Yes! At Labrador, we offer our customers two options: 1. Adjustments to a suit or shirt already in stock or 2. Taking your measurements to create a new suit for you. We recommend option 1, unless our standard measurements truly cannot adapt to your body. Otherwise, our existing suits tailored to your own measurements by our tailor will fit you perfectly and it will be much faster to be delivered to you!
5. Can I exchange or return the products I purchased online?
Yes. Labrador will offer you 30 days for exchange or return at our stores or online, for all products that were not tailored to your own measurements. Tailored articles cannot be exchanged or returned. More info at our Returns & Exchanges page.
6. If I make a return online, when will I get my money back?
When we receive the returned items, we will do a quick evaluation in order to assure that it fills all the requisites stated at our Return & Exchange Policy. Confirming those, we will proceed to reimburse you. Depending on the form of payment, it might take 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your account.
7. How do I know when my order arrives?
When our delivery partner picks up your order, we will send you a code and a link that you can use to check the status. Alternatively, you can find the same code and link in your client area online, by clicking in the order.
